These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RallyHUB mobile application, operated by Quiet Standard Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using RallyHUB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
RallyHUB is intended for use by adults (18+) who are parents, guardians, or authorized caregivers of youth athletes participating in club volleyball programs. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

If you connect your email account or forward emails to plans@rally-hub.com, you represent that you have the right to share that information and grant RallyHUB permission to parse it for itinerary purposes. You may revoke this permission at any time.
The Credential Vault is provided as a convenience feature. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of credentials you store. RallyHUB is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect, outdated, or compromised credentials stored in the Vault.
By adding guests or family members to your account, you represent that you have their consent to share their contact information with RallyHUB and to send them tournament-related communications on your behalf.
All content, design, code, and branding within RallyHUB is owned by Quiet Standard Consulting LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
RallyHUB is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific feature will function as expected at all times. This is especially true during the beta period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Standard Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RallyHUB, including but not limited to missed hotel cancellation deadlines, lost bookings, or failed notifications. You use the App as a convenience tool — always verify time-sensitive information directly with your hotel, airline, or tournament organizer.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
