These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RallyHUB mobile app and website (together, the "App"), operated by Quiet Standard Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using RallyHUB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
RallyHUB is for adults (18+): parents, guardians, and authorized caregivers of youth athletes, coaches who offer lessons, and family members or friends invited by a parent. You must be 18 or older to create an account, except for the view-only athlete accounts described in section 2, and you must provide accurate information when you do.
RallyHUB is built for adults who organize youth sports, not for the athletes themselves. It is not directed to children, and children may not create accounts or use the App on their own. The one exception: a parent or guardian may invite their own athlete, if the athlete is 13 or older, to a view-only account to see that athlete's schedule. The parent is responsible for that account and its use, and can remove it at any time. Children under 13 may not have an account. Information about an athlete (such as name, team, schedule, or health notes) is entered and managed by the athlete's parent or guardian, who is responsible for it. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us at hello@rally-hub.com and we will delete it.
RallyHUB helps you organize information. It is not an official source for any tournament, team, club, coach, hotel, airline, or event. You acknowledge that:
We are not responsible for missed, late, or mistaken tournaments, games, matches, practices, lessons, flights, hotel stays, cancellation deadlines, payments, or anything else, however it happens.
You agree not to:
If you connect your email account or forward emails to plans@rally-hub.com, you represent that you have the right to share that information and grant RallyHUB permission to parse it for itinerary purposes. Automated parsing can make mistakes; review anything it adds before relying on it. You may revoke this permission at any time.
The Credential Vault is provided as a convenience feature. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of credentials you store. RallyHUB is not responsible for any consequences resulting from incorrect, outdated, or compromised credentials stored in the Vault.
By adding guests or family members to your account, you represent that you have their consent to share their contact information with RallyHUB and to send them event-related communications on your behalf.
RallyHUB lets independent coaches list their lessons and lets families request and manage them. RallyHUB is not a coach, does not employ or supervise coaches, and is not a party to any agreement between a family and a coach. Coaches are independent and solely responsible for their lessons, facilities, conduct, qualifications, policies, and any required background checks, insurance, or licenses. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee any coach.
Families are responsible for choosing a coach and for their athlete's participation and safety. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, cancellation, no-show, rescheduling, refund, payment dispute, or other issue arising from a lesson. Any dispute about a lesson is between the family and the coach.
All content, design, code, and branding within RallyHUB is owned by Quiet Standard Consulting LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
RallyHUB is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App, its information, or its notifications will be accurate, complete, timely, error-free, or uninterrupted. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Standard Consulting LLC and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, bookings, fees, opportunities, or data, arising from or related to your use of RallyHUB. This includes, without limitation, missed or mistaken tournaments, games, lessons, flights, hotel stays, cancellation deadlines, and failed or late notifications.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the App in the 12 months before the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our total liability is $0. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quiet Standard Consulting LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, the information you add to it, your lessons or dealings with coaches or families, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
