RallyHUB is operated by Quiet Standard Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the RallyHUB mobile application (the "App"). By using RallyHUB, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information
- Name, email address, and password when you create an account
- Information about your athlete(s), including name, age, club, and team
Email & Communication Data
- If you connect your Gmail account or forward emails to plans@rally-hub.com, we access and parse those emails to extract tournament, hotel, travel, and cancellation information
- We access only the content necessary to build your tournament itinerary — we do not read, store, or share unrelated emails
Tournament & Travel Information
- Hotel and travel confirmations, cancellation deadlines, tournament schedules, and itinerary details you add, paste, or forward to the App
Credential Vault Data
- Usernames, passwords, team codes, member IDs, and platform credentials you choose to store in the Credential Vault
- This data is encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties
Guest & Family Information
- Names and contact information for guests and family members you invite to receive tournament communications
Usage Data
- Device type, operating system, app version, and general usage patterns to help us improve the App
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Build and maintain your tournament itineraries and season schedule
- Parse email confirmations and extract relevant travel and tournament details
- Send proactive alerts and push notifications about cancellation deadlines, stay and play windows, and schedule changes
- Share tournament information, streaming links, tickets, and updates with guests and family members you designate
- Store and retrieve credentials and platform links in your Credential Vault
- Improve App functionality and user experience
- Respond to support requests and communications
3. How We Store and Protect Your Information
- All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
- Credential Vault data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
- We use Supabase for database infrastructure, which maintains SOC 2 compliance
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties — ever
4. Email Access
If you connect your Gmail account or forward emails to plans@rally-hub.com, you are granting RallyHUB limited access to parse those communications for tournament and travel data. Specifically:
- We read emails only to extract relevant itinerary information (hotel confirmations, cancellation dates, tournament details, travel confirmations)
- We do not store full email content beyond what is needed to build your itinerary
- We do not share email content with third parties
- You may revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google account settings
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With guests and family members you explicitly invite to receive tournament communications
- With service providers who help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification services), under strict confidentiality agreements
- If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Revoke any connected account access (e.g., Gmail) at any time

7. Children's Privacy
RallyHUB is designed for use by parents and guardians of youth athletes. The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Athlete profile information (name, team, schedule) is entered and managed by a parent or guardian.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
