RallyHUB is operated by Quiet Standard Consulting LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the RallyHUB mobile app and the website at rally-hub.com (together, the "App"). By using RallyHUB, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name, email address, and password when you create an account, or the name and email Apple or Google shares with us if you sign in with them
- Information about your athlete(s), including name, grad year, club, team, sport, and positions
- Profile photos you add for yourself or your athletes
Athlete Health & Safety Information
- Allergies, medical notes, and an emergency contact name and phone number, which you provide when booking lessons
- This information is shared only with the coaches your athlete books with, so they can keep your athlete safe during lessons
Lessons, Signed Documents & Payments
- Lesson requests, bookings, cancellations, and reschedules between your family and the coaches you connect with
- Coach terms, liability releases, and platform terms signed by a parent or guardian (and, if they have their own account, the athlete), including the signer's name, the athlete it was signed for, the document version, and the date and time
- Payment status a coach records for a lesson (for example, paid or unpaid, and how it was paid)
Coach Information
- For coaches: your listing (name, photo, bio, specialties, city), lesson types and prices, facilities, availability, booking page, clients and groups (including client contact details you enter), and lesson and earnings records
Email & Communication Data
- If you connect your Gmail account, paste text into the App, or forward emails to plans@rally-hub.com, we process that content to extract tournament, hotel, travel, game, and cancellation information
- We use only the content necessary to build your itinerary; we do not read, store, or share unrelated emails
Tournament & Travel Information
- Hotel and travel confirmations, cancellation deadlines, tournament and game schedules, and itinerary details you add, paste, or forward to the App
Credential Vault Data
- Usernames, passwords, team codes, member IDs, and platform links you choose to save in the Credential Vault
- Saved logins are visible only to you and the co-parents you share your family with (and, for an athlete's own logins, that athlete). They are never shared with third parties
Guests, Fans & Family Information
- Names and contact information for co-parents, athletes, and guests you invite
- Guests who accept an invite to the App become "fans" and can see your family's upcoming tournaments, locations, stream links, and ticket links (read-only). Fans cannot see your travel, logins, lessons, payments, or health information
Usage Data
- Device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, and general usage patterns to help us improve the App
- We do not collect your device's location. Venue and hotel addresses are used only to give you directions
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Build and maintain your tournament itineraries and season schedule
- Extract relevant details from confirmations and schedules you paste or forward
- Book and manage lessons, collect required documents, and process lesson payments
- Send push notifications and emails about lessons, reminders, cancellation deadlines, and schedule changes
- Share tournament information, streaming links, and tickets with guests and fans you designate
- Store and retrieve logins and platform links in your Credential Vault
- Send product news and offers by email, only if you opted in (see section 3)
- Improve the App and respond to support requests
3. Marketing Emails
When you create a parent or coach account, you can choose to receive RallyHUB tips, new features, and offers by email. You can change this at any time in Settings → Notifications, or with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We never send marketing to athlete accounts. Lesson, booking, and account emails are not marketing and are sent regardless of this choice.
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
- Your data is stored in a managed database (Supabase) that encrypts data at rest and is SOC 2 compliant. All data travels between your device and our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Passwords saved in the Credential Vault are additionally encrypted using Supabase Vault, with an encryption key kept separately from the data. A password is decrypted only when a member of your family chooses to view or copy it, and on iPhone that requires Face ID or your device passcode
- Access to family data is restricted so that only you, your co-parents, and the people you choose to share with can see it
5. Email Access
- If you connect Gmail or forward emails to plans@rally-hub.com, we read those emails only to extract itinerary information
- We do not store full email content beyond what is needed to build your itinerary, and we do not share it except with the AI service described in section 6
- Information we receive from Gmail is used only to provide these features and is never sold or used for advertising. RallyHUB's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
- You may revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google account settings
6. Sharing Your Information
We share information in the following ways:
- With coaches you book: your athlete's profile, health and safety information, emergency contact, and the documents you sign for that coach
- With families who book you (for coaches): your listing, availability, and lesson details
- With co-parents, athletes, guests, and fans you invite, as described in section 1
- With service providers who operate the App under confidentiality obligations: Supabase (database and hosting), Vercel (website hosting), SendGrid (email), Apple and Expo (push notifications), Google (Gmail connection and sign-in, if you use them), and Anthropic (the AI service that reads text you paste or forward to extract schedule and travel details)
- If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data in the App or by contacting us
- Delete your account at any time in the App: Settings → Account → Delete my account. You can also delete an athlete from their profile
- Revoke connected account access (e.g., Gmail) at any time
- Opt out of marketing emails (section 3)

8. Children's Privacy
RallyHUB is built for adults (18+) — parents, guardians, coaches, and invited family members — and is not directed to children. The one exception is a view-only athlete account: a parent or guardian may invite their own athlete, if the athlete is 13 or older, to see that athlete's schedule. The parent controls and can remove that account at any time. Children under 13 may not have an account. Information about a youth athlete (such as name, team, schedule, or health notes) is entered and managed by the athlete's parent or guardian, and is used only to organize that athlete's activities and, when the parent books a lesson, shared with that coach. We never send marketing to athletes. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us at hello@rally-hub.com and we will delete it.
9. Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except lesson, payment, and signed-document records that a coach needs for their business records, which are kept as long as needed for those records and to meet legal and tax obligations.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
